My background spans healthcare and leadership in  large corporate environments. I am a medical doctor, with over 25 years of experience working in healthcare combined with senior leadership roles in UK and Dubai.   

I have led large teams, worked at senior leadership and system level, and supported professionals through high responsibility, complexity and change. 

I now bring this breadth of experience into my work as a Coach.

As a Certified DISC Assessor, I help individuals and organisations understand behavioural styles, improve communication, and enhance team performance.

 I am currently obtaining accreditation as a Life Coach and a Diploma in corporate and Executive Coaching programme from The Coaching Academy (TCA).
