Setting up this space is an invitation to help and support you in reaching your goals, whatever they are. I believe in supporting people to feel empowered by working on their beliefs and  self-perceptions, change mindsets and reach the aspirations they have for their lives.

Please note that I am training to complete a Life Coaching Diploma and a Corporate and Executive Coaching programme from The Coaching Academy to further enhance my informal experience in coaching to date. Coaching sessions I provide are free of charge at present, however I do request you to agree to providing honest testimonials of my services and where you consent my sessions may be supervised or recorded for review by my Supervisor/Trainer at The Coaching Academy.
