What is Coaching about?

Coaching is about supporting individuals to create clarity and realise the potential within themselves. As as coach, I am keen to walk alongside you through the journey you are taking, helping to create manageable actions to move towards your overall goal. I provide you time to think and find solutions to your problems yourself, to get from A-B perhaps quicker than you would on your own by asking pertinent questions and using coaching models that have a certain amount of simplicity attached to them. 



How will the sessions work?

The sessions are one hour each in duration and are carried out over Microsoft Teams

After the initial contact, to commence the coaching we would carry what I call a ' discovery' call,  where we would settle into the coaching relationship and talk about your goals. 

I encourage a minimum of 3 sessions, and our first session is always a deep dive session where we both find out together more about you. Following this each session has following parts to it:

1. Reviewing the previous session 

2. Talk about your goal and the manageable stepping stones that you could take to move you towards your overall goal. 

3. Discuss the reality of the situation for you and help develop an understanding of the deeper situation. 

4. Consider all ideas and options and support you challenge your current way of thinking. 

5. Shape the way forward and what you are going to commit to doing. 

6. Conclusions and reflections from the session.



What can I expect from coaching

To be listened to and asked 
questions in a confidential and non-judgemental environment

Coaching will help you recognise your own values, priorities and belief. 

You can expect to be challenged in your current way of thinking, your self perceptions and beliefs, to find the paths that make you feel more in harmony with aspects of your life.

Coaching can change the way of your current thinking about certain challenges. It helps you identify hindering thought patterns and discover a more resourceful state. You can expect to discover manageable steps and agree some actions to move you from where you are now to where you want to be.

As a coach, I don't find solutions for your problems for I believe that you have all the skills and resources that you need to find solutions that work best for you and my role is to assist by helping you get reconnected to your internal resources needed to take you from the place that you are at now to where you would prefer to be

My coaching philosophy over-all is to support you, raise your awareness, create clarity and help you reach your full potential and feel at harmony with your life. By taking a step by step approach and making things manageable you can expect to make great progress and I will be there to encourage you and your responsibilities to your actions and allow you to be accountable to yourself in a confidential and non judgmental space.

Initial Call

Our first ‘discovery call’  is always free. We discuss what has brought you here and what are your expectations, what is coaching and whether coaching is right for you at this stage, I provide you information about my background and other useful details. It gives us both the chance to agree or disagree to go to the next stage.
